A safe, personalised approach to a brighter smile
Our teeth can become stained for many reasons — from tea, coffee and red wine to smoking or the natural ageing process. As a hygiene-led practice, we always begin with a professional clean to remove any surface deposits and ensure your whitening treatment delivers the best possible results.

We offer safe, at-home whitening treatments prescribed and overseen by our dental team. You’ll receive custom-made trays and professional whitening gel, along with full instructions on how to use them effectively and comfortably. With daily use over a short period, you’ll begin to see your smile brighten — gradually, naturally and safely.
Frequently asked questions
Is teeth whitening safe?
Yes — when provided and monitored by a dental professional, whitening is safe and effective. We use trusted products and tailor the treatment to suit your needs and tooth sensitivity.
Will whitening work on all teeth?
Whitening works best on natural teeth. It may not change the colour of crowns, veneers or fillings. We’ll assess your smile and discuss realistic expectations at your initial consultation.
How long do the results last?
Results vary from person to person but can last 6–12 months or more with good oral hygiene and lifestyle habits. Top-up gel can be used to maintain your results over time.
Will my teeth be sensitive after whitening?
Some patients experience mild sensitivity during or after treatment. This is usually temporary and can be managed with desensitising products or adjusted wear times — we’ll guide you through this.
Do I need a hygiene appointment before whitening?
Yes. A clean surface is essential for even whitening results, so we recommend a hygiene appointment with air polishing beforehand to remove surface stains and biofilm.
